Currently, my online appointments are handled through Local Health Integrative Clinic and are accessed via the Jane App online booking system.
You will receive a link to log on about 30 minutes prior to the appointment and have a chance to test your devices. When meeting online, please be mindful of being in a confidential and comfortable environment.
While I will do all that I can to support you on the call, it is important to be aware of your surroundings when doing this vulnerable work.

Individual Counselling
It can be difficult to share our vulnerable selves with a stranger, but as we start to build a relationship, it is an opportunity to explore difficult experiences and emotions one-on-one in a confidential and non-judgemental space.
We will work collaboratively to figure out what goals you have for counselling – how we can use this space and time to get you to where you want to be, but it is alright if you don’t know what that looks like yet. Sometimes there are many layers of emotion and experience built up that have been waiting to let go before we can find out what is underneath.
In session, I offer a compassionate ear, the capacity to hold whatever energy you are bringing in, encouragement, and patience. I am here for you whether you need short-term support, tools to manage a specific situation, a guide to process deep trauma, or to unpack layers of emotional history in a safe space.
The rate is $150 + GST for a 50-minute session, for both online and in person. 80 minute sessions are also available, for $225 + GST.

Relationship / Couples Counselling
Relationship counselling comes in many forms. I welcome all people and diversity in relationships, whether that be LGBTQ (or questioning), transgender / non-binary / gender non-conforming, consensual / ethical non-monogamy or polyamorous; as well as cross-cultural relationships. Similarly, while I am not a family counsellor, I extend the offer to support adults in non-romantic relationships, whether that be within a family system or otherwise.
In session, we look at the goals for the relationship and how to move forward from there. That way there is no bias and the individuals can still have their differences of opinion and emotion in the shared, neutral but supportive space. I will meet you however you show up, whether that be wanting to solidify an already stable connection or bringing in tools to de-escalate tension. Relationship counselling is designed to help you both move through whatever challenges you are facing.
The rate is $176 + GST for a 50-minute session, whether online or in person. 80-minute sessions are also available for $265 + GST.

East Vancouver
In East Vancouver, I work out of Local Health Integrative Clinic, #210-2285 Clark Drive, Vancouver. I am in the clinic Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 11 AM – about 6 PM. In-person, online, and walk & talk sessions are available in time slots for adult individuals and those needing relationship support.
