Confidence

Self-confidence comes from trusting in yourself and your abilities and seeing yourself is a positive light. It is possible to build over time through affirmations, reassurance and positive self-talk, and by picturing yourself stepping into that energy even if you don’t quite believe it – in other words, fake it until you make it.

"Whatever you are doing today, do it with the confidence of a four year old in a batman cape."

Try striking a power pose in the mirror and repeating “I am awesome!” and see how it feels (it might feel a bit silly at first, but keep going).
